Description:
MBA students from the Namibia Business School visited Headspring Investments’ “Wings Project” in Leonardville to explore Namibia’s proposed In-Situ Recovery (ISR) uranium mining practice. Hosted by Operations Director Aldo Hengari, the field trip provided critical insight into sustainable extraction technologies, environmental impact monitoring, and socio-economic responsibilities. Under the guidance of Dr. Marius Johannes, students reflected on real-world complexities in balancing development, waste management, and ecological stewardship—bridging theory and practice for future responsible business leadership.
