UNAM and the National Planning Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding to train 100 government officials in project management, aligning with Namibia’s Sixth National Development Plan (NDP6). Delivered by Namibia Business School in collaboration with the Project Management Institute of Namibia and the Performance Delivery Unit, the programme aims to enhance public sector efficiency and foster innovation-driven development. With a PMI certification component and practical rollout planned for 2025, the initiative marks a pivotal step in strengthening Namibia’s capacity to execute strategic national projects.
