On 27 July 2024, the University of Namibia Rugby Club held its annual charity drive, donating food and clothing to homeless individuals living at Khomasdal Stadium. Spearheaded by Team Manager Ryno Visagie and supported by FNB, the outreach initiative reflected the club’s ongoing commitment to community service. With active player involvement and coordination from the Help4Nam organization, the event addressed urgent needs faced by men, women, and children, particularly during the harsh winter season. The initiative emphasized empathy, inclusivity, and social responsibility, reinforcing the team’s role in uplifting vulnerable communities beyond the rugby field.
