dc.description.abstract The research focused on how public relation is practiced in different organization, especially with regard to employee relation. The research problem is how do public relation practitioners market their organization to their employees. The objective of the research is to identify areas into which employee relation is carried out in different organizations and get deeper understanding on employees need and create awareness of those needs among the employees and be able to determine different organization's communication pattern with regard to employees. The method that was employed was through the use of questionnaire en_US
dc.description.abstract The research was conducted in Rundu; in order to find out how employees are influenced by their public relation practitioners and it also determined how the decision made from the head office afreet them (especially with regard to NBC). The theory in this study is the situation theory, which says that it is vital to identify employees to evaluate how best to access them and considers barriers that prevails in different communication pattern and a system theory approach to public relation. The study is significant, as it will keep employees informed on significant developments that affect the organization and the employees, identify key needs of employees necessary for effective employee relation practice among the public relation practitioner and reveal the needs of the employees to public relation practitioner. The research will get the broad definition of public relation and a brief history. I will be looking at the employee's needs of different companies, considering how the goodwill of employees needs come about and what the condition and efforts needed en_US
