The research aims at finding out what the relationship is between juvenile delinquency and school drop out. The research was done in Windhoek only. Three respective questionnaires were conducted i. e. juvenile's teacher's and parent's questionniare. Both the school going youth and the out of school youth were involved in the research project

Chapter one focus on the research problems, sub-problems and the research hypothesis. A description of the study design is also given with the methods by which data is going to be collected
