[The] Franco-Namibian Cultural Centre offers French language cultural activities, has a library and organises French language courses. The results of the study show that resource based learning at the library and the French teaching programme is not yet materialised. The librarian and the French language teachers are not really active in the learners' reading guidance, which explain why most of them do not make full use of the Franco-Namibian Cultural Centre library |
