dc.description.abstract The purpose of the study is trying to investigate the continuing training education needs in the Namibian media. It also looks at what professional training did they [journalists] receive and their training needs. It also looked at whether they need further training in Namibia or outside Namibia and also whether they know anything about the media training course at UNAM. The assumption was that many journalists are uneducated and therefore they need furhter education. In the end, the study made clear recommendations on how to strengthen media training needs en_US
