dc.description.abstract The Personal Filing System (PFS File) of the Apple IIe computer program was used to get the modal consensus on each goal statement. The major elements of the study's findings are: (1) The current colonial system of education in Namibia should be replaced (2) The colonial philosophy of education should be discontinued because it was instituted to perpetuate the subjugation of the Namibian people by colonial authorities. The different systems of education currently under the so-called Representative Authorities should be abolished. There should be only one curriculum for all Namibians (3) National education should be innovative and of high quality (4) National education should be sensitive to the different cultures in Namibia en_US
