dc.description UNAM officially launched Namibia’s first Campus Pharmacy on 31 March 2025 at the Hage Geingob Campus, integrating academic training with licensed community health services. Operated through a public–private lease arrangement, the pharmacy offers chronic and acute medication, vaccines, and clinical/veterinary supplies while providing students with hands-on experiential learning in a functioning retail environment. Situated within the Health Training Centre, it complements other health disciplines and affirms UNAM’s commitment to bridging innovation, education, and community wellbeing. Leaders hailed it as a pioneering model for healthcare education in Namibia. en_US
