Launched in 2023 through a collaboration between UNAM and the Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation, the programme blends theoretical grounding with practical diplomatic training delivered by seasoned ministry professionals. With a focus on regional specialization, Africa, Europe, Asia, and the America,s the NSDS graduates represent Namibia’s commitment to cultivating a skilled and globally engaged diplomatic corps.
