dc.description In September 2024, the University of Namibia (UNAM) and the National Planning Commission (NPC) formalized a strategic partnership to enhance project management capacity across public institutions. Through a tailored certification programme facilitated by the Namibia Business School (NBS), Project Management Institute of Namibia, and the Performance Delivery Unit (PDU), 100 government officials will undergo training aligned with the coordination of Namibia’s Sixth National Development Plan (NDP6). This initiative aims to strengthen public service delivery, promote innovation, and foster holistic development outcomes through competency-based approaches and practical application across ministries, regional offices, and state-owned enterprises. en_US
