dc.description	Namibia will host the 2nd RUFORUM Triennial Conference from 12–16 August 2024 in Windhoek, convening over 1,000 participants to advance agricultural education and research ecosystems across Africa. Under the theme “Operationalising Higher Agricultural Education and Research Ecosystems for Innovation, Industrialisation and Economic Development in Africa: A Call for Action,” the conference will be co-hosted by the Namibian Government, UNAM, NUST, and IUM. High-level stakeholders, including policymakers, researchers, students, and farmer organisations, will engage in scientific sessions, ministerial roundtables, exhibitions, and capacity-building events. RUFORUM’s initiative underscores the continent’s strategic commitment to inclusive, sustainable development through higher education and agricultural innovation.	en_US
