dc.description Three lecturers from the University of Namibia’s School of Education participated in the International Teaching Week at the University of Bremen, Germany, from 13–17 May 2024. Supported by a DAAD-funded partnership, the event focused on “Mainstreaming Diversity and Inclusion” in teacher education. Representing the Departments of Applied Educational Sciences and Early Childhood Education and Care, the UNAM team delivered presentations on inclusive assessment, project-based learning, multilingualism, and Namibia’s inclusive education policy. Their contributions highlighted Namibia’s unique educational context and reinforced UNAM’s commitment to internationalisation, equity, and inclusive teaching practices in multicultural and multilingual classrooms. en_US
