dc.description	Cecilia Naule, a Master’s student in Renewable Energy at the University of Namibia (UNAM), recently participated in a prestigious digital transformation workshop hosted by InnoGlobal in Cape Town, South Africa. The workshop, held from 15–19 April 2024 and complemented by online lectures through June, brought together over 60 participants from 11 African countries. Focused on Industry 4.0 and Pharma 4.0 paradigms, the programme equipped participants with skills in big data analysis, digital manufacturing trends, and organisational readiness for technological change. Cecilia emphasized the importance of such global opportunities for Namibian students and called for greater local collaboration to foster innovation and sustainability in African industries.	en_US
