dc.description Six professional staff members from the University of Namibia (UNAM) participated in the 2024 International Staff Training Week hosted by Freie Universität Berlin (FUB) from 10–14 June. Funded through Erasmus+ ICM grants, the training brought together over 150 participants, with UNAM and Ain Shams University (Egypt) representing Africa. The UNAM delegation engaged in thematic tracks ranging from AI in libraries, innovation ecosystems, and international strategy, to onboarding practices and university communications. The experience fostered global networking, strategic partnerships, and knowledge exchange, reinforcing UNAM’s commitment to internationalisation, innovation, and institutional excellence. en_US
