dc.description Four student teachers from the University of Namibia’s Khomasdal Campus recently completed a transformative 5-week teaching practicum in Hamar, Norway, through the Multicultural Practicum Groups and Internationalisation of Teacher Education (MUPIT) project. Coordinated by Dr. Collin Tjitemisa (UNAM) and Knut Øystein (INN), and funded by the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Competence, the exchange emphasized classroom immersion, curriculum development, and mental health in education. In return, two Norwegian students completed their practicum at MH Greeff Primary School in Windhoek. The initiative fostered cross-cultural learning, pedagogical innovation, and mutual growth for all participants. en_US
