dc.description	On March 25, 2024, the Eng. Jose Eduardo dos Santos (JEDS) Campus in Ongwediva hosted a vibrant Motivational Day, drawing 547 learners from 23 secondary schools across the Oshikoto, Oshana, Omusati, and Ohangwena regions. Organized by the Student Representative Council (SRC) as part of its community engagement initiative, the event aimed to combat rising failure rates by inspiring academic excellence and resilience among Grade 9–12 learners. Through powerful speeches by educators, engineering faculty, and student leaders, the event emphasized the transformative power of education—particularly in engineering—and encouraged learners to pursue ambitious goals. Cultural performances and interactive sessions added a dynamic and inclusive atmosphere, reinforcing UNAM’s commitment to nurturing future innovators and leaders.	en_US
