| dc.description | On 23–24 January 2024, UNAM library staff from central campuses participated in a workplace wellness training at Zion Seven Youth Centre, Brakwater. The session, facilitated by experts from the Department of Psychology and Social Work, focused on emotional intelligence, communication, teamwork, and self-care. Led by Dr Joseph Ndinoshiho and supported by UNAM management, the initiative reaffirmed the library’s commitment to quality client service and employee wellbeing. Staff pledged to uphold values such as empathy, accountability, and inclusive decision-making to enhance both service delivery and workplace culture. | en_US |
