This was a survey study, which used both quantitative and qualitative techniques. Data were collected by the use of structured interviews with self-administered questionnaires. City of Windhoek, Chamber of Commerce and Small Business Information Centre were regarded as business information centres that are responsible in disseminating business information. The study employed non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. This was done because participants defined themselves and they were also regarded as expertise ( key informants) |
