The impact of television on the youth in Windhoek.Television is seemingly the scapegoat for every change in the youth's behavior. And Windhoek youths are no exception. As a researcher I have become fascinated by this statement and have decided to research on this topic, and try to find out whether its true television is behind all the youth' s change in sexual behaviors and dressing's style
To examine how youth get themselves attached to television values and lifestyle. To make recommendations how both youth, youth organizations and parents can help other youth by minimizing the attachment to television. The researcher will use a quantitative method; two methods of data collection will be used. These will include questionnaires and face-to-face interviews. Face to face interview have a distinctive advantage of enabling the researcher to establish a rapport with potential participants and therefore gain their co operation, and also that such kind of method yield the highest response rates in survey research
