dc.description.abstract |
At the University of Namibia (UNAM), ICT output has been seen as functional to students already exposed to ICT. This exposure was acquired either before enrolling to UNAM i. e. at secondary school level or through having ICT based courses at UNAM. For students without ICT based courses, this ICT output has been seen to be both functional and not functional |

dc.description.abstract |
This is because, some students without ICT based courses have also been exposed to ICT before enrolling at UNAM. Very few learned about ICT basic requirements and its use on their own while being at UNAM. This research is focused on students without ICT based courses. This is because, whether they were exposed before joining UNAM or not, the fact remains that they do not have the smooth accessibilities and smooth knowledge as compared to those already having ICT based courses |
