This research investigated the accessibility and effectiveness of the Namibian HIV and AIDS Media Campaign, with particular emphasis on ' Take control ' campaigns. The evaluation research methodology was used. I evaluated how the various media campaigns have been implemented and the messages they have been carrying. The population of the research included youths from various locations (schools, colleges UNAM, residential areas, etc) of Windhoek and was selected using a random sample. I also interviewed key informants from some organizations involved in the campaign. Other data collected was through review of literature and the Internet was also a source for some data
