dc.description This assessment evaluates the management capabilities of the Sorris Sorris Conservancy across five key areas: governance, natural resources management, conservancy management, financial sustainability, and benefit distribution. Using a standardized scoring scale from 0 to 5, the study identifies strengths and areas requiring improvement, particularly in member participation, registration, representation, and awareness of the constitution. Recommendations are provided to enhance governance processes, improve communication, strengthen community involvement, and support the conservancy’s progression toward greater self‑reliance and effective resource management. en_US
