UNAM, in collaboration with the Department of Higher Education & Lifelong Learning, facilitated transformational leadership workshops at Epukiro Secondary School (Omaheke Region) from 6–9 May 2025. Following the school’s top AS-level performance in 2024, the initiative focused on empowering teachers, learners, and support staff through themes like goal setting, ethics, motivation, and vision alignment. The programme was led by Mr Leonard Amunime, Ms Charlene Kaereho, Dr Nchindo Mbukusa, and Prof. Wesley Pieters, and emphasized education as a community-shared responsibility.
