dc.description UNAM researchers have reached a key milestone in the development of a national psychometric tool for recruitment and selection, tailored to the Namibian workforce. Funded by the African Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS) and overseen by NCRST, the initiative has completed its statistical analysis phase, confirming the tool’s validity and reliability. The current standardisation phase invites industry-wide participation to ensure relevance across job sectors. Led by Prof. Poonam Dhaka, Dr. Annelisa Murangi, and Prof. Wesley Pieters, the project reinforces UNAM’s leadership in human capital innovation and inclusive employment strategy. en_US
