Mr. Leonard Imene participated in an intensive 8-week technology transfer training at the University of the Western Cape (UWC), supported by WIPO, SARIMA, and the Japan Patent Office. The program provided hands-on exposure to intellectual property management, commercialization strategies, and institutional best practices. Through mentorship and immersive learning, Mr. Imene developed a tailored implementation plan to strengthen UNAM’s Technology Transfer Office and foster innovation-driven collaboration in Namibia.
