Mr Messias Alfeus grew up in a village in northern Namibia and did his first degree at UNAM. He is now a PhD student in the field of quantitative finance at the University of Technology in Sydney. The SSC and UNAM signed a MoU to execute groundbreaking projects to uplift the socio-economic conditions of poor Namibians. Dr Horn is a researcher at ZERI and was recently appointed as member of the High Level Steering Committee for Human Resource Development and Nuclear Resource Management |
