The main purpose of this study is to study how women managers in general access information and use information to support their managerial career in the male dominated corporate world. With the lack of time on their hands as mother and wife, little time for networking but they still have unique qualities that makes them particularly well suited as managers. This study targeted managers to establish information seeking behavior. Women are still able to keep a balance between career and family responsibilities
